Cyberpunk 2077 epilepsy warning is not enough and is being looked at by CD Projekt as the problem is brought to the attention of the developers.
All gamers will be aware of Epilepsy messages at the start of games, and while Cyberpunk 2077 has this, it’s a game that could be more troublesome than most games. According to GameInformer‘s reviewer, Cyberpunk needs more than just a general warning due to some of the interface and design and sequences in the game.
The red flicker interfaces could bring on a seizure, and according to the reviewer, the braindance sequences could also be a problem. CD Projekt has acknowledged this and posted an update via Twitter stating they are adding additional warnings but are also looking for a more permanent solution.
Thank you for bringing this up. We’re working on adding a separate warning in the game, aside from the one that exists in the EULA (https://t.co/eXpPn73VSK). Regarding a more permanent solution, Dev team is currently exploring that and will be implementing it as soon as possible. https://t.co/lXFypnSit2

It must be incredibly hard to ascertain how you will be affected by any one game if you have epilepsy. Good to see this is being looked at with some urgency.
