Pictures taken at the press event yesterday showed some very snazzy Cyberpunk 2077 gaming chairs. These little beauties are going to be going on sale according to CD Projekt and Secretlab who are making these chairs.

There’s an interesting shot from what is apparently from the Chinese Cyberpunk 2077 press event that has already taken place ahead of Europe. Could some interesting kit in the background indicate VR compatibility in Cyberpunk 2077?

There may be a global pandemic still around but it’s not stopping CD Projekt getting the press in for a Cyberpunk 2077 hands-on preview. These press events are taking place ahead of Night City Wire which will air on Thursday and few pics have popped up today from journos in attendance.

It’s no huge surprise that we’re seeing Cyberpunk 2077 coming to the world of comics. CD Projekt and  Darkhorse Comics have announced a series of comics called Cyberpunk Trauma Team.

CD Projekt confirmed that there will be backward compatibility on next-gen consoles earlier today. They also mentioned that there would be a free upgrade to a next-gen version but it’s not going to be this year.

Yesterday’s release date delay was disappointing and there’s been speculation that the delay was down to the release of the next-gen consoles. Today CD Projekt has reassured console owners there will be Cyberpunk 2077 console backward compatibility as well as a free upgrade.

This is not what we wanted to hear. CD Projekt seemed confident that the delay until September was the last one. Sadly that’s not the case and CD Projekt has issued a statement announcing a further delay until November.

While this is not directly Cyberpunk 2077 news as such, it is related if you’re looking ahead to the game on the new console. Although the game will be out in advance of the Playstation 5 it will be playable on the new system if you make the jump. Today Sony unveiled the console and a slew of new titles.

German mag Gamestar has recently been talking to the CD Projekt team in a subscriber-only podcast which included some new Cyberpunk 2077 Information. The interview sheds some more light on game features we’ll see in the game this September. This includes quest design and comparisons with what they did in The Witcher 3.

After a false start with a crazy placeholder price, the Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition is now on sale in the US and the EU. It’s not a bad price if you’re willing to pick one of these up.

Since the game was announced, fans have been trying to get the lay of the land when it comes to Night City. There have been numerous maps created based on information that has been released but this is probably the best one yet.

If there’s one thing I love about the PC gaming community it’s their creativity, whether its videos, fan art, or even PC case design. CD Projekt and Alienware have been running their design a PC #CyberUpYourPC competition and there are now five finalists.

CD Projekt has been working on Cyberpunk 2077 for years and the team will have been working extremely hard to get the game complete in the middle of a pandemic. The Onion has a humerous take on CD Projekt’s plans to immortalise the fallen developers who have given their lives for this game.

Earlier today it was announced that E3 2020 was canceled due to the Coronavirus. This sensible but disappointing news means that CD Projekt wouldn’t be there to show the latest Cyberpunk 2077 developments. There are however new plans in the works.

Although Cyberpunk 2077 is still some months away from release, CD Projekt is already planning a new single-player game set in the Witcher universe according to comments from President of the CD Projekt group Adam Kiciński.

It’s a been a tough few weeks as the Coronavirus spreads out across the world and today the WHO officially announced it was now a pandemic. GDC was recently canceled as a precaution and now E3 2020 has become the latest event victim of the virus.
